This page explains how to delete your account and all associated data from Lumina AI Creator Studio. Required by Facebook / Instagram / TikTok / YouTube / Google API platform policies.
Option A — Self-service (fastest, ~2 minutes)
- Sign in at https://lora-video-lumina-2026.web.app/dashboard/.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account (under the danger zone).
- Confirm by typing
DELETEand click the red button.
Within 24 hours we will:
- Delete your Firebase Auth user.
- Delete your Firestore docs (users, credits, subscriptions, transactions, characters, loras, jobs, settings).
- Delete your Firebase Storage objects (uploads + outputs).
- Revoke Google Drive and Telegram tokens.
Option B — Email request
Send an email from the address tied to your account to support@luminamarketing.agency with the subject:
Data Deletion Request — <your email>
Include:
- Your account email.
- (Optional) UID if you have it.
- Reason (optional, helps us improve).
We will confirm deletion within 72 hours and complete erasure within 30 days.
What gets deleted

What we retain (legally required)
- NSFW audit logs (prompt hash + output hash + detector results): 7 years, anonymized.
- Stripe invoices: kept by Stripe for accounting per Stripe's policy.
- Anti-fraud signals: hashed IP / device fingerprint kept 90 days to prevent re-abuse.
