This Privacy Policy describes how Lumina Marketing Agency LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Lumina AI Creator Studio (the "Service") available at lora-video-lumina-2026.web.app.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account information
- Email, display name, profile photo (via Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication).
- UID generated by Firebase.
1.2 Content you upload or generate
- Reference photos uploaded for LoRA training.
- Prompts you type and parameters you choose.
- Generated images and videos. Outputs are stored in Firebase Storage and (if you opt in) Google Drive.
1.3 Usage data
- Pages visited, features used, jobs queued, credits spent.
- Device/browser info (user-agent, IP, language) via Firebase logs.
1.4 Payment information
- Processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers — only the last 4 digits + brand for invoice display.
1.5 Connected platforms (optional)
- If you link Telegram: we store your Telegram chat ID to deliver bot messages.
- If you link Google Drive: we store an OAuth refresh token (encrypted) limited to the
drive.filescope (only files our app creates).
2. How We Use Information
- Provide the Service: train LoRA, generate images/videos, render face/body swaps.
- Bill credits and process subscriptions via Stripe.
- Send transactional notifications via Telegram bot or email.
- Detect abuse, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms.
- Improve features (in aggregated, de-identified form).
3. AI Content Disclosure
All images and videos produced by the Service are AI-generated. We add an AI Generatedwatermark by default. You may toggle this off in Settings only if you agree to disclose AI provenance on the publishing platform you choose.
4. NSFW & Fanvue Mode (18+)
NSFW generation is gated. To enable it you must:
- Confirm age ≥ 18 (≥ 21 for "explicit" tier).
- Agree to additional NSFW Terms.
- Optionally pass 2-factor authentication.
NSFW prompts and outputs are scanned for CSAM via NudeNet/CSAM-detection models. Any positive CSAM hit is immediately blocked, the account is suspended, and the case is reported to authorities in line with applicable law. NSFW audit logs (prompt hash, output hash, detector results) are retained for 7 years.
5. Sharing & Disclosure
We share information only with:
- Google / Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions, Hosting, Storage)
- RunPod (serverless GPU for AI inference)
- Stripe (payments)
- Telegram (optional bot control)
- Law enforcement when required by valid legal process.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for serving ads, and we do not allow humans to read it except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) for security, (c) to comply with law, or (d) for aggregated/anonymized internal operations.
7. Data Retention
- Account data: kept while your account is active.
- Generated content: kept until you delete it or close your account.
- Job logs: 90 days.
- NSFW audit logs: 7 years (legal requirement).
- Backups: rotated every 30 days.
8. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
- Access, correct, export your data.
- Delete your account — see Data Deletion.
- Opt out of marketing emails.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children
The Service is not directed at users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
10. International Transfers
Data is processed in Google data centers (multi-region) and RunPod data centers (US/EU). By using the Service you consent to such transfers.
11. Security
Secrets (API keys, tokens) are stored in Firebase Secret Manager (Google KMS encrypted). Drive tokens are encrypted at rest. We use Firestore security rules to restrict client access.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-product or via email.
